Privacy and Data Protection Policy RODO on the website of Turbo-Tec Ltd.

The Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the Company's website at https://www.turbo-tec.eu/.
The administrator of the personal data contained on the site is Turbo-Tec Sp. z o.o., based in Jaworzno - represented by the President of the Company, Mr Konrad Kozieł.
To ensure the security of the personal data entrusted to us, we have implemented procedures to prevent breaches of personal data security. The procedures in place comply with applicable law, in particular:

Personal Data is processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where legal provisions authorise the Administrator to process personal data in order to perform a contract concluded between the parties, on the basis of legal provisions or when the processing is necessary for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator.
The service performs functions to obtain information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:
- through the information voluntarily entered in the forms, i.e. email address, first name, surname,
- by means of codes monitoring website traffic (including, inter alia, by storing cookies on terminal equipment),
- the service may also store information about the connection parameters (including time stamp, IP address)
The data collected in section 5 is used for marketing purposes or to identify you.
The data provided in the contact form are processed exclusively for the purpose of handling the information contact.
Personal data of users left on our website will not be shared with third parties or transferred to third countries or international organisations.

The individual also has the right to access his/her data, the right to rectification, the right to request erasure or restriction of processing, the right to data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw consent to processing - in the cases and under the conditions set out in the General Regulation.
