First KATA School training in Poland! 🚀

We are pleased to announce that on 4.11.2024r the first ever KATA training took place, organised by KATA School Poland in cooperation with the Leantrix company. The event was hosted by the Turbo-Tec company, which hosted the participants at its headquarters.

The training was led by the founders of KATA School Poland - Jarosław Jurasz and Wiktor Wołoszczuk, focusing on the area of KATA Improvement. This unique event brought together people interested in the KATA methodology, who had the opportunity to explore the practical aspects of implementing and improving processes in the spirit of continuous development.

We would like to thank all the participants for their commitment and Turbo-Tec for their hospitality. This is only the beginning of our journey together in promoting KATA culture in Poland!
